Understanding Your Taste, One Brushstroke at a Time.
Choosing art isn’t just about matching colors to your sofa — it’s about aligning your aesthetic identity with a visual language. One of the most fundamental decisions in collecting art is choosing between abstract and figurative styles. Both have their place. Both have emotional power. But each speaks differently.
So which one fits you — your walls, your taste, your story?
Let’s break it down.
—
🎨 What Is Abstract Art?
Abstract art does not depict a clear object, person, or scene. Instead, it plays with form, color, movement, and emotion to create visual impact. Think of it as art that feels more than it tells.
At Artemor, our abstract pieces often explore:
Raw emotion through bold textures
Harmony through geometric balance
Energy through color contrasts
🧠 Best for you if:
You appreciate freedom of interpretation
You’re drawn to mood over meaning
You like modern, minimal, or bold interiors
You want a piece that evolves every time you look at it
—
🖼️ What Is Figurative Art?
Figurative (or representational) art clearly represents something from the real world: a face, a figure, a landscape, an object. It brings a narrative or recognizable theme into your space.
In Artemor’s collection, figurative works include:
Modern facial forms and silhouettes
Stylized bodies and movements
Objects that carry symbolism or cultural weight
🧠 Best for you if:
You love storytelling and symbolism
You enjoy connecting with human or natural forms
You want artwork that guests instantly understand
You lean toward classic, eclectic, or expressive interiors
—
🧩 Still Can’t Decide? Go Hybrid.
Many contemporary pieces — especially at Artemor — blend both worlds. A painting may use abstract color fields with subtle human figures embedded in texture. Or it may suggest form without defining it fully.
These hybrids are ideal for:
People with mixed interior styles
Open-concept spaces needing dynamic visual flow
Clients looking for conversation pieces with layers of meaning
—
🏠 Match the Art to the Space
Here’s a simple guide to help choose what fits where:
Space Best Fit Style Why
Living Room Abstract or Hybrid Sets tone, invites curiosity
Bedroom Soft Abstract Promotes calm and introspection
Office or Workspace Figurative Focused, grounded, intellectual
Entryway or Hallway Bold Abstract Immediate impact and intrigue
Dining Area Symbolic Figurative Adds richness and conversation sparks

💡 Your Style, Your Statement
Art isn’t a rigid rulebook — it’s a mirror. Whether you’re drawn to abstract freedom or figurative clarity, your choice says something about your rhythm, your atmosphere, your story.
So ask yourself:
> Do I want my walls to whisper meaning — or shout emotion?
At Artemor, we offer both — because every collector deserves to find the style that speaks directly to them.

Super Footboller Wonder’s Hub
Ever since Super Mario Bros. Wonder was announced, I’ve been dying to get my hands on the game. So, it’s no secret that I literally
ran to play Mario and gang’s latest 2D adventure. Let me tell you, it’s pure bliss! The game looks fantastic on the big screen and the
animations in the game are top notch and really set it apart from any of the other Mario games.
My time with the game consisted of 2-player local multiplayer, which at times was chaotic in a good way. You can play as virtually
any of your favourite Super Mario Bros. characters including Mario, Luigi, Peach, Toads, Toadette and Daisy. They all pretty much
play the same, what sets them apart is when you use Badges. More on that later!
